This notice describes the current ZentryCRM private beta and early-access website. Public customer accounts and paid billing are not yet available.

CRM and email data

The beta processes contact details, templates, sender settings, pipeline fields, and sending history using Google Sheets and Apps Script. Contacts and send records are stored in the beta spreadsheet; configuration is also stored in Apps Script properties. Email is sent through Google's MailApp service under the authorized sending account. The beta does not read your inbox or add open-tracking pixels.

Unsubscribe requests

An unsubscribe link contains a signed token identifying the recipient, sender, and spreadsheet. Opening the confirmation page does not itself unsubscribe you. Confirming submits the token so the service can record an opt-out for that sender's outreach in that spreadsheet. The current confirmation page runs on Google Apps Script. A branded confirmation page is in development. Treat your email's unsubscribe link as private.

Website and early access

The website is hosted on Vercel. The early-access form opens Tally, which processes the information you submit. Hosting and form providers may process request and technical information when you use their services. No payment information is collected by the beta website, and no billing provider is currently connected.

Your choices

You can use the unsubscribe link in an outreach email or contact its sender. You can manage Google account authorizations in your Google account settings. Contact cs@zentrycrm.com for access, correction, export, or deletion requests concerning early-access information or beta data. Removing a spreadsheet does not necessarily remove Apps Script settings, copies, or sent email.

Before public launch

We will update this notice to reflect customer accounts, subscription processing, retention procedures, and production providers before making those services available.
